Agency portal guide
This guide covers the agency portal — the management layer that sits above individual client dashboards. If you’re a business owner, see the main documentation instead. If you haven’t applied as an agency partner yet, start at the agency partner page.
Portal overview
Your agency portal has three areas: the client book (all clients you manage), your commercial dashboard (terms are configured privately in your portal), and agency settings (team, branding, billing).
The client book is the primary workspace. Each client appears as a row with their business name, endpoint status, your service pricing, and quick-access buttons. Click a client to enter their dashboard view — you see what they see, with an additional agency control bar at the top.
Adding clients
Single client
- From your agency dashboard, click Add client
- Enter the business name and website URL
- Set the your service pricing for this client (or leave blank to use your default rate)
- Choose how they access their dashboard: send them a claim link (recommended) or manage on their behalf
- Submit — we begin ingestion immediately
After submission, the client appears in your book with status queued. Ingest runs within a few minutes; review takes 24–48 hours. You’ll receive a notification when the profile is ready for the client to review.
Batch CSV onboarding
For adding multiple clients at once, download the CSV template from your dashboard (Settings → Batch import → Download template). The template has columns for:
business_name— the business’s display namewebsite_url— their website URL- Your service pricing — configured privately in your portal settings
contact_email— optional; used to send the client their claim link
Upload the completed CSV via Settings → Batch import → Upload. Each row creates a client record and triggers an ingest job. You receive a summary report once all ingests complete.
Margin configuration
You set your service pricing per client (or a default for all new clients). The agency portal never exposes your partner cost to clients — they see only the price you set.
To set a default your service pricing: Settings → Pricing → Default your service pricing. This applies to any new client where you don’t specify a price individually.
To change a specific client’s price: open the client from your book → Agency controls → Edit your service pricing. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle for existing clients.
The commercial dashboard (accessible from your main agency nav) shows: total clients, your book's commercial summary — updated in real time as clients are added and payments are processed.
Team invites and seats
Agency accounts support team members with two roles:
- Agency admin — full access to all clients, commercial settings, billing, and settings. This role should be held by the principals who own the billing relationship.
- Agency member — can view and manage clients (profiles, dashboard, communication), but cannot see commercial settings, change pricing, or access billing.
To invite a team member: Settings → Team → Invite member. Enter their email and select a role. They receive an invitation link that creates their account and grants the selected access. Seats are unlimited during the pilot.
Claim links
A claim link gives a client direct access to their own MCP dashboard, independently of your agency account. When they claim their dashboard:
- They can view and edit their own profile (within your permission settings)
- They receive new lead notifications directly
- They cannot see your agency's commercial settings or service pricing
- They cannot modify endpoint settings, billing, or integration steps without going through you
To generate a claim link: open a client from your book → Agency controls → Generate claim link. Copy and send the link to your client. They set up their own login and get access to their dashboard.
If a client leaves your agency, their endpoint transfers with them. They take over direct billing at the partner rate, or you can transfer to another agency. No endpoint data is lost in a transfer.
Co-branding
Agency accounts can add their name and logo to client-facing artifacts — onboarding emails, dashboard labels, and the integration guide sent to clients. The endpoint itself is branded to the client’s domain (not yours or Psychograph’s).
To configure co-branding: Settings → Branding → upload your agency logo and enter your agency name. These appear alongside the Psychograph wordmark on client-facing materials.
Full white-label (removing Psychograph branding entirely) is available for higher-volume agency partners. Contact your account contact to discuss eligibility.
Getting help
Agency partners have a dedicated contact at Psychograph. Use the Support link in your agency dashboard for direct assistance. For billing questions, email [email protected].
For technical questions about endpoint behavior, the endpoint reference and what agents see docs are the best starting point.
